Even after Trump’s renovation of the iconic reflecting pool which he previously branded as "disgusting" - people in DC are seeing algae in the water just days after it was refilled.
But according to Trump officials the algae is residual from dormant supply lines, and part of the normal start up process.
A spokesperson noted they would be removing the algae and that nanobubblers would keep it clean. Despite the algae, people still believed the renovations are an improvement.
