President Donald Trump argued Friday that former reality TV villain Spencer Pratt should fight what Trump called a "rigged election" that saw Pratt miss out on the November runoff for Los Angeles mayor.
“What’s happening in California, votes still aren’t in…and it’s cheating,” Trump said. “The kid won, or he was certainly in the top two.”
