
Water boss confronted over outages
The boss of South East Water, David Hinton, has admitted to MPs that recent outages have "failed" customers across the UK.

Around 24,000 properties in Kent and Sussex lost water or had low pressure in November and December, and a few weeks later up to 30,000 were hit with more supply issues.
We asked him how long it will be before he gives up his job - and whether he’s committed to being transparent and accountable. He refused to respond.
