The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled some of President Trump's tariffs illegal, which means the extra fees Nintendo paid to ship the Switch 2 and other hardware to the U.S. could be returned. But Nintendo isn't required to pass those refunds on to customers. In other news, the highly-anticipated The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Songs of the Past DLC will get its debut next month during gamescom Opening Night Live.
