TODAY’s Craig Melvin Speaks Out on Security Incident

TODAY’s Craig Melvin is speaking out following an incident Thursday in which an intruder made his way into an unauthorized area in Studio 1A and shouted a racial slur at the anchor. “We are just happy that everyone is safe,” he said. New York City police apprehended the suspect quickly and placed him under arrest.
