3 Monitored in Kansas After Exposure to Cruise Passenger

State health officials in Kansas say three people with “a high-risk” exposure to an infected hantavirus cruise ship passenger have now been transferred to a Kansas City hospital “for observation.” Officials say they were not on the ship themselves and that the encounter happened abroad.
