In a TODAY exclusive, Alex Murdaugh’s attorneys Dick Harpootlian and Jim Griffin, join TODAY to discuss the South Carolina Supreme Court’s ruling on Wednesday to overturn the double murder convictions and how Murdaugh reacted. "He was very gracious, thankful and he said 'Jim, I'm seeing it, I'm reading it, but it's still hard to believe,'" Griffin says of his conversation with Murduagh.  The lawyers also talk about what they expect to be different in the next trial, comment on whether or not Murdaugh will take the stand again, and reveal that their client “will not take a plea deal under any circumstances.”
