Video Shows Rescue of Passengers After Plane Crash in Atlantic
A group of Bahamian passengers were stranded on a small orange raft in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean for five hours 80 miles off Florida’s east coast. The Coast Guard says their small plane left Marsh Harbour in the Bahamas on Tuesday and was headed for Freeport when the aircraft suddenly experienced “engine failure,” sending out a distress signal before plunging into the water.
