'Mamdani’s Gotta Go':Furious Protesters Target Mayor During 9/11 Anniversary

Anti-Islam protesters marched through New York City on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, chanting “Mamdani’s gotta go” and “deport Mamdani” as the mayor took part in commemorative events. The protest was led by pardoned Jan. 6 rioter-turned-activist Jake Lang, with counter-protesters also taking to the streets.
