Disgraced lawyer Alex Murdaugh was back in court on Aug. 14 where a judge directed that his retrial be moved outside the small Colleton County.
The state Supreme Court tossed out Murdaugh's double murder conviction against the disbarred South Carolina attorney after it found a clerk in his case tampered with the jury.
