At least 1200 cases have been confirmed so far - and it has spread to Uganda. But while the WHO scrambles to contain a virus with no approved vaccine or treatment, the Trump administration has taken a very different approach - saying any Americans exposed to Ebola should be quarantined in Kenya. Nairobi's high court has already ruled against that plan.
