Gary Oldman jokes he feels 'underdressed' after taking a look at Meg Stalter's vibrant Emmys look while chatting with ET's Nischelle Turner at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, which aired live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, Sept. 14.
