Emmys: Stephen Root Finds Out 'Widow's Bay' Co-Star Matthew Rhys ALSO Won Mid-Interview!

Stephen Root took a pause from his ‘surreal’ Emmy win to celebrate ‘Widow’s Bay’ co-star Matthew Rhys also winning for their hit Apple TV series. Root caught up with ET's Kevin Frazier backstage and called Rhys the ‘best actor in the world.’ Root planned to end his night with a few parties and a double cheeseburger to celebrate. The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards aired live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, Sept. 14.
