Trump rejects Iran’s response to the US plan to end the war

President Trump has rejected Iran's response to a proposed US plan to end the war in Iran, driving up oil prices again.

After days of deliberation, Iran issued a response yesterday, which focused on ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, demanding compensation for war damage and emphasising Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
The US President dismissed the demands as "totally unacceptable".
