Kenya's health minister Aden Duale has had to halt the construction of a controversial Ebola isolation centre for US citizens.

Duale was in court for contempt where he apologised for ignoring an earlier High Court ruling which had paused the construction of the site.
The US-funded facility sparked deadly protests across the country.
