On Tuesday, Minnesota's attorney general sued Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas, in efforts to extradite Christian Castro- an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.
Castro is charged with wounding a man and lying about it in attempt to justify the shooting that occurred during ICE's Minneapolis crackdown this past winter.
