Prime Minister Keir Starmer addressed MPs in the Commons about Peter Mandelson's vetting for his job as US ambassador - saying a "deliberate decision" was made by officials involved in the vetting process to withhold telling him Mandelson failed the security vetting.
Starmer says he is now ordering a review of the vetting process.
