The Student List is threatening former President Aleksander Vučić’s 12 years in power, after he resigned in September and announced the snap vote.
The Student List does not have a leader, but its 250 candidates include university professors, actors, farmers and even a popular rapper.
Right-wing populist leader Vučić has served two terms as president and cannot seek a third, but he’s hoping to return to the post of Prime Minister, which he left in 2017.
