Search warrants on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s homes were unlawful
It was a rare moment of victory for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, as a court confirmed that the search warrant used on two of his homes as Thames Valley Police investigate him for alleged misconduct in public office were unlawful.

The raids were carried out after Andrew was arrested in February.
The material seized will not yet be handed back, as the police seek to get retrospective permission to retain it. Further court hearings will decide that.
The stakes are very high. If they fail, it could all be handed back with little hope of another chance
