Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke about the need to strengthen the alliance between European countries during the European Political Community summit in Yerevan, Armenia.
Starmer said there is "tension" between Western alliances but believes European nations can have alignment on issues such as the war in Ukraine and reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
