Elon Musk, the world's richest man, is suing Sam Altman, the chief executive of Open AI., which is the company behind Chat GPT.
The two tech bosses originally founded Open AI. together with a mission to democraticise access and prevent a monopoly of artificial intelligence.
Musk claims that promise has been broken and he's asking for more than a hundred billion dollars in damages.
