We walk through every piece: IAM roles for least privilege access, S3 for the files themselves, pre-signed URLs for direct browser uploads, DynamoDB as the metadata index, SQS to absorb upload bursts safely, two Lambda functions for processing and the API, API Gateway as the one secured front door, and an EC2 dashboard tying it all together. By the end, you upload a file and watch it land in your own drive, completely on its own.
