Russell Brand gives evidence

TV presenter Russell Brand told reporters outside Southwark Crown Court that today is the day for "truth and justice" as he arrived for the latest day of his trial on charges including rape and sexual assault.

Brand told the jury that a 2023 Dispatches documentary accusing him of sexual misconduct had "devastating" consequences, causing friends to turn their back on him.
