The UK government has announced plans to introduce 100 new walk-in mental health centres in banks and libraries across England.

It's part of a £343 million expansion of mental health services that will also include 69 dedicated mental health emergency departments.
In her new role as health secretary in Andy Burnham's government, Yvette Cooper says it is the "biggest redesign of mental health services probably for a generation" but as our data correspondent, Ciaran Jenkins, points out there have been no extra staff dedicated to the centres.
