Two Hampshire police officers are being investigated for potential gross misconduct for handcuffing and arresting Henry Nowak as he lay dying.

He was fatally stabbed in December by Vickrum Digwa, who told police he'd been the victim of a racist attack.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct said the investigation relates to the officers' failure to recognise that the 18-year-old student needed urgent medical help.
