A Russian drone attack on a train near Ukraine's border with Poland on Sunday was 'clearly meant to scare Western nations', the EU's foreign policy chief said Monday.
The attack happened shortly after another train carrying high-level international delegates including former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who'd been at a security conference in Kyiv, passed through the same station.
We spoke to one of those senior security officials who were on the passenger train when it got hit.
