A Russian drone attack on a train near Ukraine's border with Poland on Sunday was 'clearly meant to scare Western nations', the EU's foreign policy chief said today. The attack happened shortly after another train carrying international delegates who'd been at a security conference in Kyiv had left the station. Among the passengers were senior security officials from across Europe and the former UK prime minister Boris Johnson.
